Netflix held their global fan event, “Tudum,” over the weekend in Brazil which featured tons of actors and actresses from the streaming platform’s hit shows and movies. The event shared exclusive interviews and sneak peek’s into upcoming series’ and films, including the exciting announcement of the “Squid Game 2” cast! The second season of the viral South Korean series will have returning cast members, Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, Wi Ha Joon, Gong Yoo, and will introduce new characters: Im Siwan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Sung Hoon, and Yang Dong Geun.

While this announcement has been one of the few details shared to the public regarding season 2, many are looking forward to seeing the continuation of the story which was left off as a cliff hanger from the first season.
