Regarding the creation of “Let Me,” Milky Day shares, “I had a lot of intimate nights and adventures during the summer in Los Angeles so I wanted to write a track that brings back that feeling and share it with everyone. The song very much aligns with the classic Milky sound that my fans know and love, and I believe that they will really enjoy it!” In terms of the lyrics and production of the track, Denise shares, “I usually write about toxic relationships, but this is the first song that I’ll be putting out that’s about healthy love and the feeling when you’re on a night drive with your significant other, having a good time. I think I’m just showing people a wholesome vibe to my image. I also experimented a lot with the vocals, I infused more ballads over R&B and I’m excited for everyone to hear it!”
