Girl group phenom, BINI, hails from the Philippines but continues to be recognized for their talent and music on a global stage. The group’s latest achievement is being nominated for the “Song By New International Artist” category at this year’s Brazil’s BreakTudo Awards for their hit song, “I Feel Good.” The category finds the girls of BINI up against musical acts: Bellah Mae, charlieonnafriday, sangiovanni, Daniel Seavey, Zach Hood, Nico Valdi and Rochy, and La Cross.
The award show, which was founded in 2016, celebrates the “most prominent and emerging highlights of the entertainment and pop culture scene. By relying on public collaboration, the BreakTudo Awards recognizes both renowned artists and categories, including National Male Artist, National Female Artist and National Hit, as well as emerging talent, exemplified by categories such as National Breakthrough Artist and Music by New National Artist. In addition, the award also sheds light on rising artists through categories such as Upcoming Artist, thus enriching their contribution to the entertainment industry.” Voting for the categories is now open and will close on September 25th! BINI is currently keeping busy with the success of their podcast, “Podcast Ng Mga Walang Jowa,” and is also gearing up to perform at the 1MXSYD Music Festival to be held in Sydney, Australia on Sunday, October 8th.
