Fil-Am New York City based producer, Arthur Tan has just dropped an incredible synthwave track titled “City Runs” under ABS-CBN’s Tarsier Records. The song brings an unmatched energy of late night vibes in the city making memories that will last a lifetime. Arthur shared, “I made and re-made this track with the memories of me walking around New York City at
night, just enjoying the lights, the energy from the parties, the last ‘hoorah’ as I would
say.” Arthur is one of the new acts featured in Tarsier Records’ “Class of 2021,” the label’s
ongoing campaign in its continuing efforts to promote Filipino talent on the world stage. “City Runs” will be a part of Arthur’s upcoming EP “After the Party” which is set to drop on all digital streaming platforms on May 28th.
