Girl group LOONA is taking on a huge honor as they’ve just been appointed to be ambassadors for the promotion of Korean culture overseas in 2021. In a ceremony held at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, Minister Hwang Hee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism made the official announcement. With this new title, LOONA’s schedule will be packed with activities such as a performance at a launch ceremony for the 2021 Foreign Experts on the Promotion of Korea on May 20th as well as participating in promotional videos for the international content exhibition organized by the Korea Culture and Information Service which will be released on May 20 and May 25.
