Music icons, BTS, have made their way to the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart once again! The group has topped the chart four times with the first two times for “Dynamite,” one for “Life Goes On,” and their fourth for their latest summer hit song “Butter.” BTS earned the #1 spot all four times in less than a year, making them the first group/the fastest group to receive their first four #1 singles since the Jackson 5 back in 1970. Upon hearing the exciting news, the group took to Twitter to upload group selfies thanking their BTS ARMY for all of their love and support, and making sure to include them in their celebration! In a press release from their company, HYBE, BTS shared, “We’re happy and honored that the song reached No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 again. We wouldn’t have gotten our fourth chart topping song without everyone’s love and support. Thank you for enjoying “Butter” and we will keep working hard to deliver refreshing and passionate music.” The group is currently working hard preparing for BTS 2021 MUSTER SOWOOZOO, which is the celebration of the 8th anniversary that will be held over a 2-day livestream on June 13 and 14.
