EXO’s D.O. Officially Makes Solo Debut With Mini-Album “Empathy” + Releases MV For “Rose”

The highly-anticipated wait is now over! EXO’s D.O. has officially released his first solo mini-album as well as the music video for the lead single. The 28-year old singer dropped his album, “Empathy” on July 26 which features eight tracks and includes the title song, “Rose,” in which D.O. wrote the lyrics of himself! Another song on the album that D.O. wrote the lyrics of is the song “I’m Fine,” to which he says, “One of the things I thought of was love, an emotion that anyone could feel, and I felt that it would be nice if my songs could comfort other like my previous song ‘That’s Okay,’ so I tried to write the lyrics myself.” Do Kyungsoo (D.O.’s real name) also released an official music video for “Rose” where we can see a soft, boy-next-door vibe throughout.
