SEVENTEEN’s Jun has been confirmed to star as the male lead in upcoming youth romance drama, “Exclusive Fairy Tale” and will mark his return to the acting scene in years! Known as a child actor in a handful of Chinese dramas and movies, Jun was seen on set for the first day of filming, in which he’s set to star in alongside rookie actress, Zhang Miaoyi. While there hasn’t been much information released regarding the story line, fans were pleased to see that Jun’s SEVENTEEN members sent him bouquets of flowers with personalized notes from each of the 12 members and their company, PLEDIS Entertainment, sending the 25-year old their best wishes. With SEVENTEEN gearing up for their highly-anticipated comeback with their ninth mini-album, “Attacca,” it was announced last month that members Jun and The8 would not be participating in the comeback schedule as both would be flying to their homeland China, to see their families and work on solo projects until the end of the year. Ahead of the October 22 release of “Attacca,” the group just dropped an epic highlight medley for the album, which you can check out below.
