Nadine Lustre, Yassi Pressman And Liza Soberano Team Up To Promote Mental Health Awareness In The Philippines

Three of the Philippines’ top actresses are teaming up to further promote mental health awareness in the Philippines! Nadine Lustre, Yassi Pressman and Liza Soberano are working together alongside the company, Mind You, founded by Michael Needham, Yuri Marshall, Ben Arnold, Cameron Quin and Mark Pagal, which aims to provide Filipinos easier and affordable access to mental health experts and services. In an interview with CNN Philippines, Nadine revealed, “I’m working on this company called Mind You with Yassi Pressman and Liza Soberano. It is a platform for mental health, pretty much. The easiest way to describe it is it’s a platform that will make therapists or psychologists, psychiatrists easier to access, making it much more cheaper. Here in the Philippines, mental health is such a huge problem. It’s not widely talked about. There is still a stigma when it comes to mental health and just, you know, talking about it. We’re doing our best to try and normalize it and tell everyone, hey, this is a normal thing, you can do this. You can call or talk to someone and help you with what it is that you’re going through.” While all three have been vocal on their individual social media platforms regarding mental health, as well as their own experiences, we love that they’re joining forces to elevate educating the public even further and reaching out to those in need.
