SEVENTEEN’s Woozi is all set to release his highly-awaited solo mixtape, “Ruby,” and to match the anticipation that fans have, the multi-hyphenate artist dropped a 17-second (the detail is amazing!) music video teaser. In the preview, we see Woozi in a state of frustration laying in a bathtub and ultimately jumping to a scene where he is surrounded by women in intriguing makeup, while he dons a ruby red suit and the clip ends with a haunting female laugh. It has been confirmed that “Ruby” will showcase “unrivaled musical colors and outstanding musical capability” and it will also be an English song, as a gift from Woozi to fans from all over the world. The musical style the listeners can expect is a strong and vivid rock-based style combined with Woozi’s unique touch and signature sound. “Ruby” is a project many CARATS (SEVENTEEN’s fan base) are looking forward to as this marks Woozi’s first solo release since his debut with the group back in 2015, and will further highlight his talents and status as the group’s music producer and vocal team leader. “Ruby” is set to drop on January 3rd!
