Press Hit Play Drops ’80s Inspired Music Video For “Tell Me”

P-Pop group, Press Hit Play, has just released the official music video for their latest track, “Tell Me.” Inspired by the ‘80s, the music video revolves around each member portraying a specific character: Chrls as the Athlete, Yukito as the Student Council President, JP as the Campus Pop Star, ZI.O as the Bad Boy, Yuuki as the Rockstar, and Sev as The Nerd. The colorful video showcases synchronized dance moves, catchy lyrics, outfits that are on-point and probably one of the coolest music videos we’ve seen in a while. Not only does the music video provide a refreshing retro feel, but the instrumental of the track perfectly places you back into the ’80s, and Press Hit Play flawlessly executes it. The group shared the following statement on their video regarding the new track: “Though the year 2022 is just starting, it’s definitely not a reason nor a sign for us to take a break from producing more music for our loved Pearls. We’re excited to share with our comeback single ‘Tell Me,’ a highly infectious homage to the retro-pop stylings of the 80s sound: reminiscent of the pop culture of the era – including anthemic movie soundtracks and musical scores of old-school television shows – but delivered by way of Press Hit Play’s trademark modern and youthful energy.” Check out the official music video for “Tell Me” down below!
