
After being in the world of K-Pop for years alongside Day6, member Jae Park ventured onto his own solo path in 2020 to find his signature sound and share his stories. Under the moniker eaJ, the singer/songwriter officially released his debut single, “Car Crash” in 2022 earning him more than 23 million streams on Spotify and cementing his name in the music industry as a soloist. These days, eaJ is working on an upcoming EP and most recently released his single, “friendly fire,” along with the very creative visualizer which you can check out below.
eaJ connected with Nikki of Arambulo Live for an exclusive interview where they talked about his humble musical beginnings from joining K-Pop Star to now performing for thousands of attendees at music festivals around the world. The 32-year old also shared some insight on his creative process, to which he considers as a different journey every time while working with members of his team, ultimately having the goal of creating timeless pieces and an unforgettable body of work. It’s no secret that eaJ has been caught up in some situations that have gone public, so what has he learned from going through this and helped him grow as a person? He shares that he’s been able to mature, learn, and own up to his mistakes.
Starting in September, eaJ is set to fly over to Asia to embark on his “When The Rain Stopped Following Me” tour where he’s scheduled to perform for fans in Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Tokyo, and Seoul.
