CJ ENM’s annual, highly-anticipated event, 2024 MAMA AWARDS, is set to make history! For the first time ever, the world’s No. 1 K-Pop award show will kick off in the United States before taking place in Japan in November. On November 21st, the MAMA Awards will start the show at the famous Dolby Theater in Hollywood and will then be held at the KYOCERA DOME OSAKA in Japan from November 22 to 23.

Aimed to further broaden the reach of K-Pop and connect fans from all over the world, the ceremony’s concept has been unveiled to be “Big Blur – WHAT IS REAL?” According the official press release for the event, this concept is a “reflection of growing trends on blurred boundaries between industries, culture, music genres  and technology. Under the Big Blur concept, the awards ceremony will present surreal but real experiences and showcase visually captivating performances through the convergence of art and technology. Building on the awards’ legacy, it will continue to serve as a bridge between global fans, carrying on the message of ‘Music Makes ONE.'”
