Steven Yeun and Kristen Stewart take on a whole new genre of romance in their latest film, Love Me. Directed and written by Sam Zuchero and Andy Zuchero, the sci-fi flick revolves around the story of a buoy, played by Stewart, and a satellite, plated by Yeun, who meet in a post-apocalyptic world as they use the internet to guide them in life and love. Having debuted at Sundance in 2024, Love Me took home the award of the Alfred P. Sloan Feature Film Prize, which is presented to an outstanding title focusing on science or technology as a theme, or depicting a scientist, engineer, or mathematician as a major character. Love Me explores the story of connection through AI, live-action, animatronics, and classic animation.
