On Friday, April 25, SB19 released their latest EP, Simula at Wakas, and it showcases a whole new sound for the group as they enter this fresh era. Simula at Wakas marks the final chapter of their well-loved trilogy which began in 2021 with PAGSIBOL and in 2023 with their second installment, PAGTATAG!. SB19’s music has always involved heart and soul stemming off of their own personal stories and this new EP doesn’t hold back on that either. In fact, the group confirmed that each member was heavily involved in every step of the creation of Simula at Wakas, making the EP so much more authentic as it reflects the growth of SB19 thus far and their excitement towards the future.

Simula at Wakas features seven tracks including the pre-released, “DAM,” “DUNGKA!,” “Time,” “8TonBall,” “Quit,” “Shooting for the Stars,” and an extended version of “DAM.” On the day of the EP release, SB19 also dropped two new music videos: an incredibly emotional visual for “Time,” and a fun, energetic video for “DUNGKA!,” which features a ton of special guests such as Alodia Gosiengfiao, Maymay Entrata, and Vice Ganda.

SB19 is gearing up for their highly-anticipated world tour which will kick off at the famed Philippine Arena for a series of two-day shows on May 31 and June 1. Their “Simula at Wakas World Tour” will also bring Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken and Justin to Taiwan, the United States, Canada, Singapore, the Middle East, Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong.
