BTS Dominates 2021 MTV VMA Nominations; BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, TWICE And More Up For Best K-Pop Category

BTS makes their own history by being the group with the most nominations at this years MTV Video Music Awards! RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook are nominated for five categories, including: Best K-Pop, Best Pop (“Butter”), Best Editing (“Butter”), Best Choreography (“Butter”), and Song of the Year (“Dynamite”). Last year, BTS won the awards for “Best Pop,” “Best Choreography” and “Best K-Pop”. Along with BTS’ hit song “Butter,” BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez’s collaboration for “Ice Cream,” SEVENTEEN’s “Ready to Love,” TWICE’s “Alcohol-Free,” MONSTA X’s “Gambler,” and (G)I-DLE’s “DUMDi DUMDi” are all nominated for this year’s “Best K-Pop” category.
