SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan Surprises Fans With New Solo Song + Seungkwan To Star In Variety Show “Racket Boys”

SEVENTEEN is known as the self-producing idol group, from creating their own songs to choreographing their intense dance moves to even doing promotional projects themselves – all 13 members of this group can do it all! Today, Jeonghan surprised fans as he shared a self-written and co-composed track titled “Dream,” which was released in both Korean and Japanese versions. The beautifully mellow song showcases the singer’s unique tone and voice, but further proves his talent with songwriting as the lyrics detail his feelings towards a significant other and how it feels like a dream. As soon as the tracks were released, Jeonghan took to the social media platform, Weverse, to share that he “wanted to hide somewhere” and that he felt a bit embarrassed. CARATS didn’t let it slide and reassured the singer that they loved the new solo song and were proud of him.

SEVENTEEN member Seungkwan not only boasts his incredible vocal ability and sharp dance moves, he’s also one of the funniest members of the group and even has the title of “Variety King,” which is valid, as he has been seen on many variety shows throughout the years with the opportunities to showcase his wit and ability to make viewers happy. Another fact CARATS may know about him is that he’s a sports lover! He doesn’t hide his admiration for volleyball, basketball, soccer and badminton, which makes him the perfect candidate to star in tvN’s newest variety show, “Racket Boys.” The program will focus on energetic youths taking on the challenge of playing badminton and will be taught by various experts around the country and will eventually enter a national competition. Starring alongside Seungkwan will be Oh San Wook (Olympic gold medalist – Fencing) and Jeong Dong Won (Trot singer.) “Racket Boys” premieres on October 11!

After the successful release of their eighth mini-album, “Your Choice,” with their title track “Ready to Love,” back in June 2021, SEVENTEEN is gearing up for their comeback scheduled to be in October 2021. This comeback will only include 11 members who will actively promote, as foreign members Jun and The8 are spending time in China until the end of the year, to be with their families and focus on solo projects and activities. Stay tuned for more comeback news!
