Olivia Rodrigo is a name that every household should know by now. The singer/songwriter catapulted into worldwide stardom with the release of her debut single, “Drivers License,” back in January 2021 that immediately went viral. The track topped the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks, making Olivia the youngest solo artist ever to debut at No. 1 on the chart. Quickly following the success of “Drivers License,” the 18-year old dropped her full-length debut album, “SOUR,” further breaking records and topping charts all over the world, including being the global Spotify record for the biggest opening week for an album by a female artist, eventually leading it to become the Best Album of 2021, noted by Billboard and Rolling Stone. Olivia’s success throughout the year has earned her seven Grammy nominations including: Best Pop Vocals Album, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Music Video, Best New Artist, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Album of the Year. The Filipino-American artist most recently announced her first world tour as well, which will take her across the U.S., Europe and UK starting in April 2022, and will be supported by musical acts: Gracie Abrams, Holly Humberstone and Baby Queen.
